Team roles
Key rules (always apply)
- Every lead needs: an owner, a source tag, a pipeline stage, a next step, and a follow-up date
- 7-day stall rule: if a lead has had no activity in 7 days — move it, nurture it, or close it
- No post goes out without passing the content standards check (see Guardrails tab)
- SMS only sends when sms-opt-in-yes tag is confirmed on the contact
- Copy goes through Prompt 3 cleanup before publishing
- James approves all content and proposals before they go out
